Our Lockdown Challenge 

For many lockdown was tough, we weren't exempt. But we decided to focus on a 6 Week Challenge, some went for fat loss some focused on building muscle and strength.

The results physically were great but the challenge also helped us grow mentally. It's amazing what a little focus and attention helps you achieve.
