That’s where our small group personal training sessions are great, as they’re individually tailored to you and ideal if you want 100% focussed attention and instruction towards your desired goal.
Whatever your goal (or even if you don’t have one yet), our coaches are here to guide and encourage you to be your best, and working at your own pace.

It gives you the same level of attention and personalised coaching you’d get with personal training (if not better...) but with a fun and motivating group dynamic. What better way to get results than being around other like-minded women on the same journey as you.

You can use these classes alongside your personal training. They're for when you want to get in, empty the tank and get out! You'll work up a sweat and get your heart pumping with these faster more cardio-based training.
With up to 12 people in a session we still keep this classes small so we can give you the best experience and you'll leave feeling FAB!

The problem with most gyms is that they’re full of hard-core ‘death-starers’ who’d sooner give you evils than be your spotter. Not at TBC. With women who work out at all different levels, the friendly feel and community-like support is second to none, as we all help each other out, irrespective of age or ability, as it’s just not a factor here.
